Horse Transport is a regulated industry and VGHT is licensed by DEFRA and insured to legally transport horses both in the UK and internationally.

At VGHT Private Charter is our specialist subject. Most of our customers come to us for this service but we are equally happy to transport small, shared loads where this can be arranged and suits all parties.

Private Charter Service
Many of our clients choose us because they want their horses to travel on a private dedicated load.
These are some of the benefits of a Private Charter Service:
· Reduced journey times with no diversions to collect or deliver other horses
· Reduced stress with no stopping and starting and other horses loading and unloading
· Reduced disease risk with no mixing with other people’s horses
· Definite collection date and time arranged to suit you and known delivery time, subject to traffic.
· Choice of stall position to best suit your horse rather than the next available space
· If your horse needs a little bit of patience to load, we are not under time pressure to get to the next stop.
· Space in the truck for extra equipment, belongings or even a passenger should that be a requirement.
When you book a private load with VGHT, you are basically hiring our driver and our vehicle for the duration of your journey so we are entirely at your and your horse’s disposal.
